Children

We believe that children are important and hold a special place in the heart of God. We have regular teaching for the children of Infant and Junior School age on Sunday morning using material that is relevant to them and will give them a good foundation of teaching based on the Bible. The older children join in our Sunday morning meeting and have their own group on Sunday evenings.

The children stay in with the adults for part of the worship and then go to another room for their own activities.

A creche is provided for the under 4's which is available during the meeting.

On Wednesdays Busy Bees, our time for under threes and their carers, has two sessions, one in the morning from 10.30 to 12 and the second in the afternoon from 1.30 to 3.00.

On Sunday evenings at 7. 30 there is our Youth cell for 12 to 20s. This meets in the home of Julian and Rachel Fabian. Each Year in the summer we take our young people to New Day, a Christian camp and celebration run by Newfrontiers.

On Friday evenings at 6 o'clock at the Acorn Centre we have "Impact". This is a lively Kids' Club for the 7 to 11s. They have a lot of fun, play games, praise God and receive good teaching from a team led by real experts. "Impact" is open to all children in the age group, whether they are from families in Grace Church or not.
