Our leaders
Derek and Joan Reynolds
Derek is the senior elder of Grace Church. His passion is to see
the Church being what God has intended Church to be, and to lead Christians into
a confidence in the grace of God. He has led Grace Church since its beginning. He
is alsoa regular visitor to churches in eastern Europe, with the same foundational
messages of Church and Grace. Joan has recently given up working as a special
needs co-ordinator in a local school. She is involved alongside Derek in the work of
pastoral care in the Church and is a key leader of our Children's work.

Julian and Rachel Fabian.
Julian has been recognised as an elder since 2007, and carries many responsibilities in the Church.
He is now released to work for the Church one day a week. The rest of the time he is a social worker, working with children and families.
He is responsible for our worship team and with Rachel his wife, runs our Youth Cell. Both have strong pastoral gifts.
Rachel, a midwife by profession but now simply the mum of five very busy children,
Nathaniel, Sebastian, Anastasia, Gabriel, and Malachi, leads our Busy Bees team, and exercises a real pastoral role towards the mums.
